Our Appointment Policies For Veterinary Care in Cape Canaveral, FL
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that your pet be up to date with all vaccinations or at very least a Rabies vaccine. Please note that if you are coming in for an appointment and your pet does not have a Rabies vaccine he or she will get one so long as they are healthy enough to do so.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, during the week we operate primarily by appointment.
On select Saturdays, we are open from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, while we accept walk-ins at a first come first serve basis, we primarily schedule by appointments. To reduce wait time, we ask that you please call us at 321-406-1618 prior to coming in, so the staff and doctor can plan accordingly for you and your pet.
Drop Offs: For your convenience, ‘drop-off’ appointments are available. Usually we will ask you to ‘drop off’ sometime in the morning (usually between 8:00 and 8:30am) so our doctors can examine your pet in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once finished, one of our staff will give you a call to discuss further needs and set up a time for you to come back to talk to a doctor.
Patient Arrival Policy: Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. We ask that you please keep all dogs on a short leash or in a carrier and all cats come in a carrier (pillow case is fine)
Payment Policy: We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, American Express, and cash.
